These terms govern your use of opencybersecurity.co and any services purchased from Open Cybersecurity Tecnologia LTDA.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or signing an order form, you accept these terms.

2. Services

Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are defined in each Statement of Work. These terms govern the website and form general commercial framework.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, the Trust Framework, and the Open Trust Seal are property of Open Cybersecurity. Customer-specific work product is licensed back to the customer per the SOW.

4. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care as its own, and at minimum reasonable care.

5. Limitation of liability

Except for breaches of confidentiality, willful misconduct, or infringement, neither party's aggregate liability will exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers in advance.
